• We used a different roofing company to get a new roof (due to hail damage), but they overlooked an issue and we found ourselves with a leaky roof. After being unhappy with this result and the roofing company's response, we called Underdog … More to get a second opinion. Because of Underdog's expertise, we were able to go back to the insurance company and original roofers and get the situation resolved without any extra money out of our pockets (Underdog advised us that we should have the original company fix the issue due to warranty issues). Our only regret is that we didn't get to use Underdog in the first place. They were extremely helpful when we called on them.

• Underdog Roofing did a great job for us from identifying hail damage to connecting and working in unison with our insurance to leading us to a great deal on zero interest financing which helped us spend a bit more to get a fantastic Presidential … More Shake roofing system, something which we’ve always wanted but could never quite afford until now. We really didn’t have to do much more than choose what kind of roof we wanted and they did ALL the legwork. They also managed to take off the old roof and install the new roof in one day and didn’t even leave a nail behind. I’ve never seen a job like that done so quickly. We wish all vendors were up to this standard of communication, care and attention. When it comes to getting work done on your house, the biggest anxiety is choosing a vendor- you never know what kind of service you’re going to get or how close they will be to meeting your expectations…or the original price…thankfully all our expectations were met, and more. Working with them is a sure way to increase the investment in your property. If Underdog Roofing did kitchens and extensions, we’d have the biggest house on the street….they are second to none.
